Week Seven: In Class Notes

Class: Present - Emma, Sophie, Tapiwa. Absent - Sam, Renee

When the production plan is released for everyone to see can you all read through it and say if you want to add anything further or question anything that Sam and I put in. It is not a final version so dont stress.

Today Sophie, Taps and I went round almost every team and told them about the passports and asked if they wanted a stamp. Sophie has compiled a list that she has posted. We will draw up all the designs by Tuesday ready to start making the stamps on Wednesday.

Next Wednesday we also need to have the next development/ prototype ready to show.
MEETING FRIDAY 10AM LIBRARY
At the meeting we will discuss passport design Whether we want to use our own logo or the overall market logo. We also need to discuss numbers and budget. How many passports will we create and how many clues? What is our budget for each component of production?
We should have materials purchased this week.

Other points raised were how we could push the experience that we are creating. Do we want advertising on social media, snapchats of clues on the day? 
Think about the overall escapism theme and how it will relate to us and how we can show it.
How will people recognise us? How will we attract people to participate?
Environmentally conscious - collect paper to print passports on out of recycling bin? Give left over passports to Misprint company to turn into notebooks?
What happens to the stamps?

On the day there will be a roving assessment team. We need to do a one minute pitch of our idea and why we are doing it. We should show what a completed passport would look like.

Tonight I am going to start a plan and schedule everything that needs doing, by whom and include due dates.
