Week Five: Preparation for Prototyping

We have made lists of what we need for the week 6 prototype market and assigned tasks for each team member to complete to ensure that we are ready to trial our two ideas.

What needs to be done:

• Ask teams to participate (Arcade, speed dating, paint splatter team)
• Buy the supplies
• Design the two passport ideas and print 5 copies of each passport
• Design and make the two riddles 
• Design and make the stamps (approx 5)
• Make up the instructions
• Make the ink

Supplies:

• 10 pieces of a4 paper
• Bag of lollie/ chocolate bars
• Package of star stickers
• Stamp making items
• Ink making items

Tasks for the team members:

Sophie: Design and print 5 of the trip advisor passports. (6 sections for critique, get stickers)

Emma: Make the stamps. (5 stamps, collaborate with the teams involved to pick the logos, collaborate with Renee for what the silhouettes look like)

Renee: Design and print 5 of the Amazing Race Passport. (5 sections in the passport, clues and stamp silhouettes for the stalls/ activities)

Sam: Writing the instructions for the two passports, selecting the two riddles to use, buying the lollies/ chocolate for prizes, making ink for the teams.
